The HR were very efficient and effective and constantly kept me in the loop. Clinton was especially proactive and replied promptly to everything I asked . The HR interview was great and HR asked all the right questions about motivation and reasons for wanting the job . Hiring manager interview had a distinct lack of chemistry and the interview seemed tough going . The interviews were unfortunately conducted via phone or Google hangout without any Face to Face interaction . I would have thought this to be important in any key hiring and certainly would have preferred it . The written and data tests were refreshing .

How did you change the status quo in your recent work experience ?
The interview process was divided into several parts. First was the HR screening, followed by the business skills interview, home task, problem-solving skills interview (case study-based), legal interview, CCAT test, and final interview.
Do yourself a favour by investing your time somewhere else.
Revolut's hiring process is the worst. They test you on everything else except your skills for the job that they are hiring for you.
The process was long, and a scheduled Problem-Solving skills interview (for which I had been preparing for a week) was cancelled just one working day before it was supposed to take place.
