This was just scheduling the interview process. I was aware that the company was growing rapidly, but the schedule process for the interview was hurried and unfortunately I was unable to attend. The employee that assisted me just scheduled something and didn't bother checking my availability beforehand. I would say this reflects very poorly upon the company.

A really positive interview process overall. Communication was clear throughout, feedback was thoughtful and constructive, and I was kept in the loop at every stage. It felt well structured, respectful of time, and genuinely engaging, which made the whole experience feel collaborative and transparent rather than transactional.
son 4 etapas. La primera con RRHH bastante sencilla, la siguiente se centra mas en preguntas relacionadas con el puesto, la tercera un role play de ventas y una ultima entrevista que no llegué a realizar. No es un proceso complicado pero se hace muy largo y repetitivo.

No deep dive - quick cover and charged questions. Not heard out enough to actually be able to paint a picture, surprised they even invited me for an interview but was good to know to avoid in future
