J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Revolut (Londres, Angleterre) en déc. 2018
Entretien
The interview process at Revolut was a better than average experience, but with room for growth and improvement as the company matures.
I interviewed at Revolut back in December 2018/January 2019 and it followed a pretty standard structure that followed multiple stages:
An initial technical interview to assess basic skills, an hometask, an in-depth technical interview, finally a discussion with project owners that included a bit of behavioural interview style questions.
For those that are used to interviews at traditional top companies (e.g. Google, Facebook), the interview process will definitely feel more rough around the edges but that's to be expected for a somewhat early company (e.g. interviewers seemed to improvise at times).
With that said, overall, the experience was very much positive and smooth. The interviewers and HR were friendly, respectful and eager to answer any question, which is always a good indicator since the interview is always a two-way street.

Question 1
Besides typical DS questions, was also asked general software development/programming questions.
too long process. many steps. strange livecoding where after an optimal solution they ask you about another optimal solution. A little annoying ML interview where you have to solve basic theory of probability tasks for senior position
Rapid-fire format — interviewer moved through topics quickly, frequently interrupting to redirect when answers got too long or off-track. Several questions were skipped due to time pressure or when the candidate struggled to formulate a clear answer
What I appreciated most was the transparency. The recruiters kept me updated at every stage, and the interviewers were clearly experts in their fields. They didn't just look for the "right" answer but were interested in my thought process and how I handle edge cases in data. The technical discussions were intellectually stimulating rather than intimidating.
