J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Revolut en févr. 2026
Entretien
I applied and was immediately routed into a timed “IQ-style” assessment (speed arithmetic + pattern/shape recognition). No job-relevant evaluation followed: no compliance scenarios, no risk-based discussion, no writing task, no structured interview about actual responsibilities. The process is a blunt filtering machine that treats candidates as disposable inputs, not professionals. It was demeaning, misaligned with the role, and made me lose trust in the company’s judgement and culture. If this is how the company evaluates people, it raises serious concerns about how it evaluates risk, makes decisions, and treats employees.

Question 1
Complete a timed cognitive/IQ-style test (speed calculations and pattern recognition) before any conversation about the role.
Spanish lady had no idea that I was booked in. Had no idea that there was a job available and seemed to be watching TV while interviewing. Strangest experience I've had.

The process was hectic but feedback is really quick and engaging. The hiring agent is amazing and communication is always open and considerate. Quite a lengthy process and you must really prepare as some question are not related to your work rather how you think and process
It was weird.Recruiters flood you with LinkedIn messages and then only to go through tasking tests and hr says your profile isn’t a match, after rounds of aptitude tests and a screening call.
