Primero un recruiter, luego una prueba, luego reunión con sales manager y luego hay otra prueba. Con la recruiter es bastante simple, con el sales manager solo quiere saber si trabajas bien bajo presión ya que el día a día es muy duro

The recruiter was super nice and cheerful. We were even able to connect on a personal level. The interview itself didn't get further from the typical interview. They wanted to know more about myself, what I did, what I think of sales, why am I good fit, and why Revolut.

Entretien
I was interviewed by a Sales Manager. It was nevertheless quite ill planned and and unstructured interview process that left me questioning the credibility of onboarding experience.
The sales manager came across is uninterested in interviewing and stayed busy on the phone.
