Quite long recruiting process, 6 steps in order to get the job with a skills interview live test at the 4th step. Many questions will be asked throughout the process also.

Pros:
The recruitment team was initially very supportive and responsive.
The process started structured, with clear roleplays and preparation tips.
Revolut is a strong brand with an exciting mission.
Cons:
The interview process felt inconsistent. After investing significant time (multiple stages, roleplays, and a final interview with the Country Manager), I received a generic rejection email with no real feedback.
Despite specifically requesting constructive feedback, I was completely ghosted afterwards.
For a company that emphasizes customer experience and clear communication, the candidate experience fell short.
The process dragged on without clear timelines or follow-up, creating unnecessary frustration.
f you’re serious about attracting top sales talent, respect candidates’ time by providing clear, actionable feedback — especially for those who make it to the final stage. Even a few sentences of feedback would show professionalism and align with the high standards Revolut claims to hold. Right now, the process feels transactional and leaves candidates with a poor impression of the company culture.
