J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez Revolut
Entretien
Efficient: screening >> motivational/demonstrable >> sales skills assessment >> Final interview
Operates like clock work re: time taken to hear about whether you've been progressed to the next stage or not, and then booking in for the next stage.
One thing is that a lot of their resources they send you for reference during the interview process (e.g. more info on what they do, products, mission etc.) are actually outdated. But that's partly due to the fact they're growing so fast, partly due to the fact that they haven't updated them since 2024.
Almost so efficient it can feel suspiciously rushed

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 5 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Revolut (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
5 stages (including roleplays), got to the final stage and given an offer then ghosted for 3 months until a recruiter reached out about the same role, went through another 3 stages just to get ghosted
Efficient and fast-paced. All the interviews are conducted in a span of at most two weeks. The questions were nothing out of the ordinary, importance on proving that you are willing to work with volume and hit KPIs.
