First there was an online assessment to check soft skills and problem solving skills and the a video interview (30 mins long) with a recruiter. If I would have continued the process they told me there would have been a technical assessment and a couple more rounds of interviews (a panel one and another one with c-level)

Overall very average. Felt that the TA lost the interest after sharing my salary expectations and I would have appreciate it that she would have the camera on, but it seems it is something in the overall team does.
