The entire process was conducted over Google Meet. The HR team is very diligent in providing the information about each round and they give you enough time to prepare for each round. My first round was a screening call done by the HR Coordinator. Once you clear that, the same coordinator will help you before each round by planning a short call to provide information about the subsequent round. The second round was a home task assignment that had 2 questions. The questions were very detailed about real situations that you needed to solve for. Data was also provided in the form of CSV files and notes. The third round was problem solving. So basically a case interview. You need to ask relevant questions and the data you need to solve. Basically testing structural thinking. Then the final round was the Bar Raiser which tested alignment to the values of Revolut. The entire process was too long though. Mine was for exact 2 months. But the level of the interview was really high. Extremely relevant to the role and felt more like discussions. Each and every person involved was kind and patient.

I was asked about my background as well as situation-based questions where I had showcased the company’s principles. I was asked about salary expectations. The interviewer was polite and considerate during the entire interview.
