Pretty straightforward. First interview was on the phone with HR. Then came in and did back to back interviews with 4 people in management. Offer came shortly after the in person interviews.

The interview occurs in two phases - Phase 1 is a phone call screen with HR and then three in person interview with 3 people from the organization and then if move to the next stage an assessment test is given that test P&L, BS and Presentation skills.
