I applied through Indeed to several positions at Revature unaware of the nature of the company. Because I have heard of other companies that have similar business models as Revature I was unsure of what to think about it. I was initially reached out to by an HR representative who filled me in on the details of what Revature does and wanted to set me up with a live online interview in a week's time from the initial call. The interview went smoothly and was pretty easy compared to the interviews I've had before at other companies. The questions focused primarily on the foundations of OOP as well as basic SQL, HTML, and JS. Within 4 hours the HR representative called me back and offered me the position. I had several questions written out ready to ask and felt really good about the answers. I've accepted the offer and am currently on boarding.
