Extremely welcoming and down to earth people, they make you feel valued and don't ask questions that is not suited for the role. It is a 3 step interview process spanning about a month.

It was very relaxed. We discussed the work environment, past experiences, they asked software questions. They told me about projects they work on, social groups they have etc... They asked me what software languages I prefer, what do I like about the specific work environment. They told me that they try to find a permanent job for all graduates. Overall it was a fun and educational interview.
