The whole process took a little over a month. I had a first interview with the Recruitment Manager — a very in-depth conversation, not only about myself but also about my professional experience. Then I had an interview with the Marketing Director, where we went deeper into my work background and experience. The third step was a case study, which I later presented to the entire marketing team. During that presentation, the team also interviewed me. Finally, the offer came through. The entire process was very efficient, with open communication and everyone being very thoughtful and supportive.
