They take your application, give you an interview and hire you on the spot within about 2 hours time. Pretty much everyone who walks in the door gets hired. They say they are going to run a background check, but they don't really do it.

Question 1
How would you handle an angry customer on the phone? Give us an example. Then there is a role-play where you and the interviewer do a mock phone call to see how you would sound on the phone. Also they want you to be able to type and enter information correctly into the computer system. The questions in the interview are vary bland and basic, basically, if you are a warm body they want to see if they can turn you into an employee.

1st round is Screening where hr Asked about Intro and quired about Comfortable working in Night Shift and 2 round is typing Test where it requires 29 to 30 words typing speed with 97 per accuracy

It was quick, organized because they're easy to find and easy to do. Assessment was about english vocab, english writing, and logic. Basic questions. Initial interview same as final interview.
Simple ,easy . Self explanatory questions. Just be yourself and use STAR method. Make sure to also ask questions regarding the company . Also ask about policies regarding the company.
