Some of whom have a good grasp of the English language (note this company is Ukrainian), it is difficult to understand them thoroughly when they formulate a question, although when asked to clarify, they provide it in another context.

I had such a positive experience throughout the entire process interviewing with Restream's team. The process consisted of initial HR call, case study, hiring manager call, and head of support call.
