The interview was 40 mins with 3 people asking questions/writing notes from my answers. Wasnt too formal and they were friendly/clear with the recruitment process. They emailed me in the afternoon saying that I won't be progressing but would love to arrange a time to give me feedback. I replied saying I would love to hear any feedback but then I did not hear from them. I felt this was rude to pretend to offer feedback if they had no intentions of finding the time to do so, especially when they bang on about their values so much.
