I interviewed in Jan and Feb of 2024. I made it through 4 steps out of the 5 step interview process. I never received any follow up communications or responses after I completed the 4th interview. Please at least send your candidates a timely rejection letter. It is 100% unprofessional and inconsiderate to ghost someone who put in the time and effort to prepare for 4 interviews with your company.
