First, within two days of applying, I received a phone call from HR to review my basic experience relevant to the position. A day later, I was contacted by HR to set up a Teams interview. The interview questions were fair, more about my experience in my words than answering standard questions, and the interviewers were personable. A day later, I was offered the position by phone.
