First a 30 minute screening phone call, then an hour long interview with a hiring manager. After the time spent, it is disrespectful to send a run-of-the-mill rejection. For a company that prides itself on customer service, this was very disappointing.

spoke with great recruiter who talked about role, my background, and about the company. Got into next rounds.. Spoke with the IRA team closely. Overall process was very informative and overall nice team.
