The interview process was thorough. I first met with the department head and then each member of the team on the first day. The second time I came in I met with the operations director and then the CEO. This company wants to ensure the right fit for the position both professionally and on a personal level. I enjoyed the process and getting to know the people that work at RES. I was not offered the position but ultimately do not think I was the right fit for what the CEO had in mind. Great people!

Met with the direct Manager and then had at least 3-5 additional interviews with related team members and then one in person meeting. Got to get a good feel of whom I would be working with.
