General "garden variety" pre-screen interview. Asked about applicant's background and shared some about the job and the Team. Asking standard question for this phase. Said would be in touch with next steps by end of the week and never heard from them again - not even so much as an e-mail to tell me I wasn't selected for 2nd rounds.

Entretien
Very thorough interview process, but the stages are outlined from the very first interview, so you know the steps involved and approximately how long it will take. After each stage, the Talent team is great about communicating next steps and timelines. Everyone is friendly, professional and helpful.
