Very straight forward process. Phone interview followed by an in person interview. There was a technology exam that was extremely easy if you have any familiarity with Microsoft products. Front desk was helpful as well
There were several rounds of interviews, which ranged from behaviorals, to questions about quantitative analysis, to going over hypotheticals with a partner. I spoke with people at all different levels of the company.

The Recruitment Person's name is Melissa. She's nice and she'll be the first person to contact you via phone or email to setup a phone interview. The phone interview is not hard, it'll either be a recruiter or one of the consultants. Make sure you show interest in the position, mention you know about SAS programming, know your spirit animal cause they ask that, and have a good question for them.
The actual in person interview is the second stage. It happens in 4 parts. The first thing is a half hour excel test. Nothing someone with half a neuron can't handle. Like its ridiculous how simple it is. After that you just get questions from groups of two people for 30 min intervals. The whole process lasts a couple hours so when they offer you coffee, take it. They'll ask three economics "brain teasers" See questions below.
Review your econometrics.
And if you've done a thesis project, make sure you know it well cause they'll ask a lot of questions about it.
On a final note, no matter how good you are, they only hire people who graduate from certain schools like UCLA, Occidental College and Stanford. If you're brown or black, they won't hire you. They DO discriminate. Also they promote very quickly so they can bill their clients at a hire rate. A senior manager literally told me that.

It takes 5 printers 5 mins to print 5 sheets. How long does it take 100 printers to print 100 sheets.
They'll ask about some Uber case study where some economists found the men earned on average 7% more than the women and they were able to fully explain the difference. Think about what the 3 reasons are.
