Contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview/screening Passed to a panel interview with 2 people from the department The interview went well and was told that I was going to be contacted by the hiring manager for the next round but overnight go an automated email rejecting me without explanation or anything and after the interviewers saying that I was going to be called for a next round.
