Interview with HR. I had experience with all of the tech listed and couldn't even get a tech screen. I can't recall ever being outright rejected for a .NET role since I have worked in that ecosystem for 20 years. It's brutal out here for securing roles and the recruiter made some offhand comment about how good the job market is in my local area.

* Sometimes the interview process feels lengthy.
* Some interviews may deviate from the job description in the complexity of questions.
