First interview was just a simple phone call with some basic questions. After running through those questions, a second interview was scheduled in person. After that interview, I was called back to do a final interview with a VP. After that interview I was told I would hear back in a week or two. Never heard anything and then saw the same job posted once again on Indeed. I can understand not being a good fit but taking time to do multiple in person interviews only to find out I didn't get the job because the job was posted again and never hearing from the company is very disappointing and says a lot about their integrity.
