First you send in your resume and information like previous jobs and skills. Then they send you an assessment where you answer easy questions revealing things about yourself. Then they will send you a video interview where someone on a pre recorded screen ask you a question. You have an unlimited amount of time to think of an answer and unlimited times to try and practice your answer. For the last two questions you have only one try before being able to submit your final video. The questions consisted of what skills do you posses to be a flight attendant? If a child didn’t want to wear a mask how would you handle it? Tell me about a time where you had to work with someone whose personality is different than yours and how it was worked out. They also had you read a 2-3 sentence blurb which is what the flight attendants usually say at the begging of each flight of being welcomed aboard flight #### your luggage goes above the overhead bin if you need assistance ask any flight attendant. Thank you and all that good stuff. After you submit that last video you press submit again and then it’s all sent in. I am still waiting to hear back personally but it’s only been one day since I submitted the video. but the next step would normally be either receiving the job offer or not.
