J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Reply (Londres, Angleterre) en juill. 2024
Entretien
An initial screening call with Recruiter, followed by a 45 minute interview with one of the hiring managers from the Reply subsidiary. I was informed that the next step would be another round of interviewing with a different hiring manager and a technical task.
The communication was extremely slow. From application to the first round with the hiring manager, it took a month!
After sitting these interviews, I did not receive any feedback from the company and instead found I was rejected via their Recruitment Portal.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience at your current company.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Reply en août 2025
Entretien
I was initially contacted via LinkedIn by the talent acquisition team at REPLY and decided to go ahead with interviewing. It was a very fast turnaround through 3 interviews, completed within a week. The hiring managers were lovely and I grew very invested. After the final interview, I was offered the job verbally and I delightfully accepted. I was told that a written contract would be issued in a few days.
Long story short, no written contract surfaced, despite many many phone calls and email to the talent acquisition team I was not getting a sufficient explanation. After 3 weeks, I reached out to one of the hiring managers on LinkedIn to ask them instead, I was informed at that point that the talent team had been leading me on and lying about the status of the offer. Over the last 3 weeks, the hiring team had experienced some challenges with the client they were hiring me to handle, and it didnt look like they were going to need me anymore so just decided to fob me off.
I was literally about to serve my notice in at my current job too. Absolute shambles of communication and I still to this day have not heard back from the lying cheat on the acquisition team.
What a complete and utter waste of my time. Lying ruins your integrity and even if this role becomes available again, I wouldn't entertain the company for the lack of transparency and pure disrespect that this glorified recruiter showed me.
At least have the decency to apologise for lying. Poor. You know who are too.
