Ho fatto un colloquio telematico con IrisCube (interna a Reply). Mi sono state poste sia domande relative alle mie aspettative di carriera, ma anche tecniche. Alla fine, mi è stato spiegato cosa fa l'azienda (applicazioni web e mobile in ambito finanziario), le mie prospettive di guadagno e il tipo di contratto.
Contattano tramite Linkedin ma sono interessati soltanto al voto di laurea, se sei sotto la soglia sei automaticamente fuori. Sistema secondo me non appropriato per una giusta selezione. Dato che poi formano loro il personale

HR contacted me and asked me when I wanted to have a second call. Then they called me for behavioral questions. Then the manager called me to schedule a meeting. Then I had an interview with the manager and a developer where they asked me a bunch of Flutter-related questions. Then I got another call from HR and accepted the offer.
