Standard process.
you just fill a form about your everything, as your information will be taken into the talent pool to be searched by companies in the whole group. I didn't see why they don't make it electronic.
And interviewer will go through your CV and ask some general questions.

1 con HR - molto lungo
2 con profilo tecnico per testare conoscenza - domande sia di logica che di teoria universitaria (consiglio ripassare la teoria)
3 con manager per valutare progetto.

Colloquio con HR di gruppo che manderà il tuo CV alle varie business unit.
Colloquio con le business unit interessate (domande di logica, esperienze maturate, ecc.).

Esercizio in pseudocodice per testare la capacità di problem solving.
Troppo semplice entrare. In pratica ti prendono a prescindere dal colloquio. Serve una laurea e basta. Poi dopo questo c'è un colloquio successivo pre assuntivo. Non ho altro da aggiungere
