The interview process was in two steps and really really easy. In my case the first interview was with sub company that wanted to hire me and only after they approved me internally they send me to the HR evaluation. In any case they has always the last word on the candidate.

General questions about the program I am an expert on. Nothing technical nor specific nor difficult.
- cold call with the HR, for cultural fit and soft skills
- interviw with a manger of the company you applied: attidunal questions and business case
- OPTIONAL: 2nd interview with a manger weather the first did not fit 100%
- Final interview with the partner, about yout background, what you will be bringing to the comany,....

You jump in an ongoing project as team leader substituting the previous manager. Your project part is extremly late. What you do? What do you say to your team?
E' stato un primo colloquio conoscitivo. Le domande erano principalmente incentrate sulla mia istruzione, dalla scuola fino alla laurea. Sono subito stato messo a mio agio e mi hanno, infine, dato informazioni sui contratti e il modo di lavorare.

Viene spiegato prima com'è strutturata l'azienda e le possibilità contrattuali per i neolaureati. Successivamente, vengono approfonditi il percorso accademico, i progetti svolti e l'argomento della tesi
