The interview process was a great mix of structure and free flowing conversation. I really felt the people I spoke to were interested in me as a person and my experience. Liz and Susan kept me in the loop the whole way through and at the face to face portion of the process Nick, Tom and Triss all gave me feedback at each step, plus were personable and professional.
