It was straight forward, why I wanted the position, why I wanted this hospital ( I mean it is a big facility and seems like a lot of opportunity to learn), give examples of how I collaborated with others. I was not happy with the expected compensation considering how much Reno Nevada cost. But I think that may be negotiated. I did only first round of interview though.
