Entretien
First interview was 45 mins with the HR which went well and I was invited for a 2nd interview with the hiring manager. Original invite was for 45 mins and then it got reschedules 2 times right before the interview. They reduced the time from 45 mins to 30 mins which itself says that something was going on which they were not transparent about. Interview with the hiring manager was 30 mins:
1st part-company overview
2nd part- Case study based questions (what will you do to minimize labor cost etc.)
3rd part - any questions I had
I really feel that my interview was just a check in the box and they already had finalized a candidate before my interview.
Feedback I got from the hiring manager was that they my six sigma skills/knowledge not enough. I don't know how they reached that conclusion within 15 mins without even asking any six sigma question.

It was straightforward: phone screen, in-person interview, assignment, and final round with COO. For the assignment, I had to put together a plan where I demonstrated ops skills by launching a new part of the business,
