J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Renault Group (Le Plessis-Robinson) en déc. 2017

      Entretien

Reverse recruiting process: first I met the BU Director, then (a few days after) HR People (Local + Europe) combined with Personality & Reasoning Tests. I was assured from HR that I would get a final decision and potential offer within 10 days, as the recruitment was urgent. Following the interviews, I confirmed my interest for the job to them by email. After 1 month, still no news... I sent an email to the HR people I met in order to be informed when I would get a feedback. A few minutes after, I just got a short email telling me I was not selected, and that an internal candidate was selected.. As a consequence, I got, neither feedback, nor apologize for this clear lack of respect. Following that joke, I did some search on LinkedIn to check if I could find the selected candidate for this job: I found the person who got the job and I realized he started just 3 weeks following my interviews, and was just coming back from India after a few years there. This demonstrates I was called by HR for interviews just for their internal recruitment process of having different candidates for a position, and that they already knew this person would be there 3 weeks later. I cannot believe moving professionally from India does just take 3 weeks.. I wasted my time and energy for something already decided in advance, and di not even get any excuse from them. This kind of practice should be seriously controlled and punished by external authorities. HR took some time to speak about values within Renault. This is a clear demonstration Renault has serious failures in terms of basic values such as respect, ethics and transparency within the HR Department.
