Thank you for providing feedback about the interview process! One of the trickiest part about our approach to interviewing is balancing the quantitative with the qualitative. The scores we receive are only a part of who you are, and so we take a lot of time digging deeper to get to know you. Often times, this can feel invasive because you’re talking to a stranger and so few interviews focus on anything but the tactical.
However, it’s not our intent to psychoanalyze during an interview - nor are we qualified to do so :) - so we apologize for that!
