Lengthy phone call by HR, set up interview held with 2-3 people at first. Then called back for another interview with 8-10 people at once. All had canned questions that they read off, some taking notes. People in interview were Manger, some upper Management, current employees and HR. They are seeking personality matches and experience, the former being key since training is relatively easy.
