Initial interview with internal recruiter to understand your background and interest in the role - really engaged and good conversation. The second round was with a team lead from the operations side - he seemed to have a different opinion on what the successful candidate's background would be compared to the job spec and screening call, and asked some pretty left field questions; didn't seem very well prepared for the interview but was new to the company so likely had a lot going on.
