It was shared before I was offered the job and my reason for sharing it now, is that I wanted to explicitly say that this sentiment would not have been impacted whether or not I was successful in joining the team. I knew from the start that Remote is very intentional and transparent about their values, but it is not often that a candidate gets to experience these values as I have during this interview process.
