      My overall impression about Remote is that they really want to grow crazy and prove themselves in the EOR industry, but they don't have their resources together. I've talked with people in my network, the same seniority level and juniors too, and they're confused at best. Candidate experience is below average, transparency and communication are contradicting. Recent red flags from the past few weeks: The job posting still says Location: Anywhere in the World. Then the rejection email after almost 3 weeks of silence says: We will unfortunately not be proceeding with your application at this time mainly because we are now looking for candidates that are based in the XYZ region. I originally applied for position A, but they came back with instead of A they'd like to interview me for B, which I was aware of and did not want to apply for. We still agreed an initial call would be good so I got the scheduling link and there was no time for the upcoming two weeks at all. Since their email said if I can't find a suitable appointment, I should reach out, and I did... and never got a reply.

      We are extremely sorry to hear that your interviewing experience with us was not the best one. Indeed, Remote is growing quite rapidly and, as a startup in the hyper-growth phase, we do acknowledge that we are facing some challenges. One of those is possible delays in our replies to every simple applicant. We have a team working intensively on making our processes better and more efficient so that we keep tackling those challenges! We want to thank you for your honesty in sharing feedback about the process for the People Specialist role. At Remote we highly value transparency, excellence, and ownership and strive to embody these values in our hiring process.       The entire process was wonderful! Each teammate I interviewed with was very well prepared, asked thoughtful questions and most of all demonstrated passion and kindness. The recruiter managing the role was encouraging and always communicative every step of the way.
