Had to pass a test online in order to get selected. I don’t think I had an interview when I was hired. As long as you meet minimum criteria and there is a need you should be accepted I believe.

It was an online written interview process in a Google form. I was asked to solve a medium-level Codeforces problem shared by them in the Codeforces platform. Then after making the solution accepted, I had to take a screenshot of my verdict and share it in the Google form. And then I also had to fill up the form by answering questions like What I understood from the Codeforces question? Why did I choose the approach of my solution? What was the intuition behind it?
