Different approach initially. Brief phone screen then told next step is a face to face interview....focused on introduction and company culture. Not quite accurate. Turned out to be more of a technical interview combined with introductions with the hiring manager. Was told the "technical" interview would follow after virtually. This was vaporware. They'd already chosen an internal candidate. I'd qualify this as a ghost job posting.
