Had an initial telephonic interview - though not with the hiring manager. Then was asked to work on an assignment and submit within 24 hours.Didnt hear back from recruiter after tht inspite of multiple followups.Disappointing, since I had spent almost a day during the week working on the assignment.Overall a negative experience because of the lack of feedback, even though the questions for the assignment were well thought out , and role and company looks interesting
