J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez Remitly (Seattle, WA)
Entretien
A couple of phone screens and then an on-site interview that took all day. They followed up soon with an offer. Met everyone in the c-suite as well as more junior employees.
I got an offer, but the offer was a fraction of my current pay. Rejecting them was an easy decision.
All the people I met were likeable, but a little too sure of themselves. CEO acted as if he were doing me a favor talking to me or considering me for his company. He was suggesting multiple times that his management team is stellar, but I didn't think so.

I was contacted for a phone screen about a day after submitting my application. After the phone screen, I was invited for an in-house interview. After that, I heard nothing for awhile and assumed I hadn't been selected. Then they came through and asked me to come in for a full day of in-person interviews. I was surprised and a bit skeptical, but I accepted.
I spent about 7 hours on site and met with 7-8 people. Some of my interviewers were really great and engaging, while other just read questions off their computers and typed my answers in. A couple of my interviewers had just started at the company and seemed really unprepared and one of my interviewers just seemed completely disinterested and like they were about to fall asleep.
At the end of the day, a recruiter met with me and told me they'd have a decision for me in 1-3 days. I never heard anything from them and was unable to get any info about my candidacy even after reaching out to recruiters multiple times. I understand they can't make an offer to everyone, but I found it very unprofessional that they ghosted me after I invested so much time into their interview process.
