Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Remitly (Seattle, WA)
Entretien
very long and tedious . The full onsite loop was 6 hours which I at 1st thought meant that they really wanted to invest in getting to know my background and passion for candidate experience. After answering the same questions with each interviewer I realized it was because they were unsure what to evaluate and how. Lastly, after investing 6 hrs on an interview I didn't get a call, feedback, or anything about my interview and what the team thought. When I asked for a status update 2 weeks after going onsite I was emailed a template saying I'm no longer being considered. Overall pretty bummed with my experience and I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone else. You let go of a lot of perks that larger companies like Amazon and Microsoft offer to work for a mission based company. You work the same long hours, branding and differentiating yourself from other companies is much harder and you'll likely take a pay cut. My advice is treat people with respect and value their time if you want to compete in the Seattle market.

I applied online. I interviewed at Remitly (Seattle, WA) in Sept 2017. Process took 2+ weeks. Interview lasted for 5+ hours.
The process was very engaging from start to finish. After submitting an application, I was contacted by the recruiting manager for a quick comprehensive phone interview, which was followed by 5 hour-long, 1-on-1 interviews.
I cannot appreciate their crisply laid out processes and every one involved in owning the stages. Special thanks to their Recruiting Coordinator who, despite having an extremely packed scheduled, made sure to give an exemplary candidate experience from day 1 of contacting me. Interview Questions were tailor made to justify the mission and values at Remitly. It felt like an immersive and brimming with knowledge kind of conversation as opposed to an interview.
