First screening call for 30 minutes, just basic questions about past work experience and sql proficiency, some questions like tell me a time when... Then right away an on site interview. Met with the staff data analyst for more than one hour. He was in Malaysia so there was no point in me going all the way on site. They said they would get back to me within four days. I didn't hear back for over a month while following up persistently. Just a waste of time and totally unprofessional.
