Entretien
Process took about 4 weeks. It is a series of conference style presentations that describe the pest control industry, as well as Reliant Pest's differentiation. Heavily recruit from college campuses. Great for initial outside sales experience with little experience needed. After a couple panel discussions with potential new hires and the owner, the best prospects are contacted personally for a 1:1 interview. At this point in the interview process the owner has a pretty good idea of whether or not you will be a good fit. So the last interview is relaxed. Competitiveness, self motivation, and the ability to work independently are some of the most desired attributes.
