I am almost at a loss for words about how impressive the hiring process is at ReliaQuest. As someone who has been in the staffing industry, I know an amazing hiring process when I see one (not often). Martyna is incredible to work with as a recruiter and couldn’t have made my life any easier with everything to do with the interviews, prep work, etc, , while ALSO taking the time to build a connection with me on her own personal account! After 9 interviews, I can confirm that these people care about their people and they want to make sure you’re a great fit not to make your life difficult or to pull you through a tough interview process.. it’s because they CARE and want to foster a culture of longstanding relationships with one another and the company. I can’t say enough great things about the sales leadership team I had the privilege to spend time with, who made sure I felt comfortable and got everything answered on my end, AND… have you ever seen a CRO on an interview with an AE get so vulnerable you both almost cry happy tears???!! It sounds cheesy, but knowing that someone at the top is able to stop, feel their emotions, relate on a deep level with a potential new hire they just met, and be vulnerable at their level = I would’ve signed the offer right after that meeting! Luckily I still had 2 more to go after that, which gave me time to get to know more people and idk how they do it, but every single person I spoke with is equally as amazing as the last. Genuine, good people who care about your success in addition to theirs. It’s a tough interview process and it should be! Be ready for a challenge that will be one of the most rewarding experiences!
