I have 4+ years in UI development. After 2/3 rounds, HR manager discussed with me for salary neg. And finally they end the call by saying "we will call you soon with an offer". But later they called me and said that you have one more tech round. After completing that round. They said "techinal manager is seeking for more experience 7+ yrs" and they said "we dont want to miss you we will put you in 3 months of training in some XXX tech. after that we will have a formal interview with our tech team" they will say lot of story .It's waste of time. Please dont waste your time. I am really frustated by this cheap quality interview process. HR Name : MANOJ
