It was ok, but confusing. I had an initial online interview and then I got a confirmation about a second f2f interview. The day before I was supposed to have my 2nd interview, I got an email saying that they are changing the focus of the position and they’ll get back to me with updates. A week and a half later I get a rejection email. At this moment, they have active the position I initially applied for, the same position, but as an internship and a copywriter position (that is the new focus they mentioned). This process seems to reflect a chaotic work environment.
