Was not a good interview process. It consisted of: -1 recruiter interview - 1 manager interview - 3 part interview (3 back to back interviews in 2 1/2 hours with CEO, CFO and COO) After completing these interviews which easily took over 4 hours of interview time, they notified me that they would not be hiring anyone for the role for another month and asked if I still wanted to be considered. Next day I saw the job reposted, so they could see if they got any better candidates to apply. I emailed them saying I would like to be still considered and they through a case study at me. It took me 3 hours to complete, but I sent it over hoping it would help them make a decision on me now instead of a month from now. They emailed a week later saying I was not chosen for the role. I feel like my time was wasted and they really took advantage of the situation and how many people are looking for jobs right now. Would not recommend working for a company that treats candidates like this.
